TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon placement of an order with Creative Staffing Associates (CSA), client agrees to the following:

DEPOSIT
All resume work requires a 50% deposit with the balance payable upon receipt of completed resume which meets with client's 100% satisfaction. All deposits are nonrefundable as they cover the cost of the initial client consult and materials which are provided and utilized to create the resume.

RATES
I have reviewed the "Services and Rates" information contained on the website of www.creativeresumesnjobs.com. If additional services are requested or required at a later date, I understand they will be billed and payable according to the rates in our then current "Services and Rates" posting. [Rates may change without notice.]

QUESTIONNAIRE WORKSHEET
Client agrees to complete questionnaire worksheet thoroughly, answer questions in a consult, and provide detailed, accurate, and complete information as needed to create an effective marketing tool.

TURNAROUND TIME
Normal turnaround time to receive your resume proof is 7-10 business days from receipt of fully completed questionnaire. Completion time may be extended due to holidays, vacation, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. A rush service charge will apply if requested time is faster than our normal turnaround time and our scheduling permits. Rush orders (4 days or under) are accepted at an additional charge of $25.

PROOF REVIEW
CSA will meet with you, fax your resume, or schedule a phone consult for your draft review and make any changes you like prior to accepting the finished product.

CLIENT PROOF
Client will receive a resume/cover letter proof; and one set of corrections/changes is included in the original price. Additional copy or formatting changes, other than minor ones, will require additional time charges, depending on complexity.

PROOFREADING
CSA will make every effort to provide an error-free product, but it is up to the client to be sure the final draft is reviewed thoroughly. Any changes made after client's final sign-off will require additional time and/or printing charges.

DISK STORAGE
All resumes are stored permanently at no charge.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
The fee quoted is based upon information provided at the time of the quote. I give permission to charge my credit card for the initial services and subsequent services, as required to complete my resume or for additional work requested by me. New information submitted by client after price is quoted and resume is in process, will be surcharged accordingly.

RETURNED CHECKS / UNPAID BALANCES
There is a $25 service charge for any returned checks. Client agrees to pay any legal and/or collection fees associated with the collection of unpaid balances as well as accummulated interest as allowable by law.

PUBLISHING
Client agrees to have any work created by CSA on his/her behalf used in any publications, books, websites, presentations, or other forms as deemed appropriate by CSA. I understand that name, address, phone number, and e-mail address will be changed.

LIABILITY
CSA's liability is limited to the completion of work in accordance with this agreement. I hold CSA harmless for information obtained from me that is inaccurate or incorrect, or is submitted or omitted in error. CSA assumes no liability or responsibility after resume has been proofread and approved by client or in the event client does not submit required information to complete the resume. .
